How to return your order
Sometimes, something you order isn't quite right. It is not as described or arrives damaged so we've made it really easy for you to return your order to us for replacement, exchange or refund.
If you would like to return something, you will need to email us within 14 days of receipt. If the item has been damaged and a replacement is required, we will forward a free ‘Returns Label’ so there will be no cost to you.
Changed your mind? No problem. There's something called the 'Distance Selling Regulations' to protect people who buy online and want to cancel their orders. If the order has already been dispatched, returns will be at the customers cost and items must remain unused and unopened. Items must be returned fully tracked.
