The 8 Litre was the last car that W.O. Bentley designed for Bentley Motors. Launched in 1930, it was the largest and most luxurious Bentley of its time.
Unfortunately, its launch coincided with the worldwide depression caused by the Wall Street Crash. Demand for the car slowed (only eight were built) and the company encountered financial difficulties, leading to a change in ownership.
The output of the 8 Litre was between 200 and 230 bhp, which was exceptional for the era. Bentley guaranteed that the car could reach 100 mph, regardless of the style of coachwork that was placed atop the chassis.
This is a magnificent resin model in 1:18 scale
